GIFT CARD POLICIES

1. Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash
2. Gift Cards expire 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase no exceptions!
3. Gift cards can not be replaced if lost or stolen.
4. Gift cards CAN be regifted to another person.

 

 

BAMBOO requires a 50 percent deposit on all spa packages. Because we make extensive preparations for spa packages, we respectfully request 72-hour notice when canceling a spa package appointment. Failure to give 72-hour notice forfeits the deposit. Thank you.
